well, that was quick.
after a couple weeks of having nobody show up for my attempted tuesday night group, alethia, i’ve decided to kill it. dead. done. batarang came back and hit me in the head.
moving on.
it’s unfortunate, but don’t cry for me, argentina. i learned a couple important things: a) almost every twentysomethingish person in this valley where i live is married, and b) if one person can’t come, neither will; in addition c) the females like to have groups, and they already do, therefore d) nobody came to my co-ed group.
i’m going to try to do something to connect the disconnected guys… we’ll see how it goes.
i suppose i could just join an already functioning group, if one such group existed. but i don’t know of any, honestly. that, combined with the fact that i feel a certain level of job-guilt to “do” something to help in this regard makes me feel like i am required to be the initiator.
guess i’ll keep trying… i’ll wax the batmobile and be out for another beating soon.
