For those that are familiar (and those who will be soon)… here are my top 8 themes:
COMPETITION
ACHIEVER
STRATEGIC
CONNECTEDNESS
COMMUNICATION
IDEATION
MAXIMZER
INPUT
Did you know…?
The probability of someone else having the same top 8 themes in the same order as YOU is 1 in 773 BILLION?

haha, thank goodness for that, eh, alex?
Gallup used to give out all 34 themes (in order) to everyone that took the assessment, but people began doing what people have always done — they focused on the bottom themes: their areas of “weakness.” SO, now Gallup only gives all 34 to people who have been trained as Strengths Coaches; i was very fortunate to be able to get certified last month, which is how i got more than just the top 5!
my understanding is that with SF2.0, Gallup has adjusted the assessment a bit, making it more streamlined, efficient, and even a little faster. in addition, they’ve apparently made the application results (post-assessment) a bit more insightful and focused on what makes us unique because of our pattern themes. sounds good to me!
